Todd is the President and founder of Ernst Capital Group and Ernst Capital Securities. Prior to founding these firms, he was the Director of Metrics and Reporting for Freddie Mac’s corporate project portfolio. His department helped monitor and evaluate project/initiative investment decisions which totaled between $400 million and $500 million each year.

He has over 9 years of consulting experience at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he helped clients evaluate project investment opportunities, project performance and improve business capabilities. These clients included: the US Navy, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Dell, MCI Worldcom and Cable & Wireless. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.

He holds Series 39, 22, 7, 65 and 63 licenses. He is a member of the Development Committee for the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation, a member of the Sioux Falls Downtown Rotary Club and his business is a member of the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce.

Rick is Vice President at Ernst Capital Group and a registered representative with Ernst Capital Securities. Prior to joining Ernst Capital, he served as the Sioux Falls Market President for Great Western Bank since 1999. During his tenure with Great Western, he increased asset growth by $470 million and opened eight additional offices in the Sioux Falls market.

He has over 32 years of banking experience in various management roles in the South Dakota and Iowa markets with a heavy emphasis on commercial and real estate lending. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.

He holds Series 22 and 63 licenses and serves on the Board of Directors for Sioux Falls United Way, Dakota Business Finance and Sioux Empire Housing.

Dave is the CFO and Chief Compliance Officer for Ernst Capital Securities, the firms affiliated broker-dealer. He has over 30 years of experience in financial related positions and has worked in the securities industry since 1995.

He holds Series 7, 28, 24, 53 and 63 licenses.

AJ joined Ernst Capital Group in 2010 as a financial analyst after interning for the firm while he attended college. He is a recent graduate of Augustana College where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. While in school, he also interned for a commercial real estate brokerage firm and worked for his family's hotel development business.

He holds Series 22 and 63 licenses and is a member of the Sioux Falls Young Professionals Network.
